Aeracura Silken Windhounds is a small kennel located in Washington State, that does not breed often. We are a family kennel and thus the puppies are exposed to all things family. These litters will be exposed to the Early Neurological Exercises (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) and as well as small to medium sized children, parks , car rides, other dogs, and many different experiences to give them the best start possible as they move on to their forever homes. Every breeding is carefully considered and researched, every parent will be health tested before breeding for eyes, cardiac (echo and holter) and thyroid. Puppies will be MDR1 and CEA tested and micro chipped before placement.
No placement decisions will be made prior to 8 weeks old when they will be evaluated for structure, movement and temperament. As the breeder, I have final say in placement decisions.
Since I do not breed often, I do not keep a waitlist between plans for pet homes, however I am always willing to answer questions and direct folks to other breeders who may have puppies available. If you are local, I am also always willing to meet folks so they can meet the breed.
